Shop at Hopes of Longtown, Buy your Icecream from Mark and Mary at Rowlestone? Get your birdseed from us at Lower Blakemere? Enjoy your Sunday Lunch at The Yew Tree or the Red Cow? Can we each help build resilience? after all no farmers no food… It’s a simple way to strengthen our communities and improve our own lives.
